Welcome to my bio page here at Canada First Mortgage. Let me start by thanking you for attempting to get to know a little bit more about me, hopefully I have the opportunity to do the same and get to know you better as well. My business is entirely based upon relationships. They are the reason I am in business and the reason I stay in business. If you are looking for someone who can combine traditional family values with cutting edge technology and market data to ensure that your financing experience is without incidence and hassle-free, call me. Now for the boring stuff.
I graduated from the University of Lethbridge and also obtained my Alberta Real Estate License way back in 1993. I spent many years working for the large real estate franchises before deciding to open my own office rather then send 20% of my profits down to Ontario. For the past many years, I have worked as a Realtor, helping to meet the needs of a close knit list of client. Several years ago I became disappointed with the lack of service I was receiving from the Big Banks and a similar level of service I was finding at most of the mortgage brokerages. That was when I decided that I would pursue that education and become a licensed mortgage associate as well. Doing so has aided me in improving client communication and satisfaction. If you have ever been subjected to the experience of calling and calling and never getting a call back, you know exactly why I felt I needed to do this for my clients.
In 2008, I discovered the Canada First Mortgage office and was instantly amazed by the talented group of individuals who were working there. It was definitely a group that I was excited to work with, and look forward to this day to our weekly meetings and educational updates. Hopefully my clients are as excited to work with me as I am to work with the rest of the CFM team.
